Nuddlab is a Mexico-based brand founded in 2020, initially built around swimwear before gradually expanding into ready-to-wear.
My role was to support the brand’s evolution beyond its original niche by structuring its wholesale development and refining its product architecture, aligning growth ambitions with commercial performance and long-term brand coherence.


SCOPE
Comprehensive review of product and price structure to reduce over-dependency on matching sets, introduce modular wardrobe logic and establish a clear Good / Better / Best hierarchy.
Development of layering categories and accessible entry tiers to unlock full silhouettes, strengthen basket-building and support wholesale growth.
Reframing swim as a standalone strategic line with clearer positioning, diversified offer and dedicated wholesale logic.
Sales tools overhaul including catalog redesign, tiered assortment logic and streamlined sell-in documentation to improve buyer clarity and scalability.
Wholesale expansion strategy through the definition of capsules, pricing consistency and targeted outreach to partners aligned with the brand’s positioning and distribution ambitions.
