As Lacoste expanded its footwear ambitions, seasonal packs became essential to driving sell-in, productivity, and market relevance.
I led the structuring and formalization of the seasonal pack framework through performance insights, trend anticipation, product coherence, and a reinforced collaboration between design and commercial teams.

The result : improved SKU productivity, stronger market adoption, and a pack strategy now embedded in the brand’s growth model.
