The challenge : establish a new silhouette in an already saturated sneaker market, with a clear reading across colorways and seasons.
I worked on the launch strategy for the L003 Neo & L003 Neo Shot, collaborating closely with product, marketing and market teams.

SCOPE

Built a commercially strong L003 offer through product refinements, color range construction, and tight alignment with design, merchandising, and commercial teams.
Defined price positioning, structured the go-to-market plan, and delivered elevated sell-in tools to support launches.
Clarified the silhouette for markets with sharper segmentation, refined storytelling, and product training sessions.
