Nuddlab is a Mexico-based brand founded in 2020, initially built around swimwear before gradually expanding into ready-to-wear.
My role was to support the brand’s evolution beyond its original niche by structuring its wholesale development and refining its product architecture, aligning growth ambitions with commercial performance and long-term brand coherence.

SCOPE

Wholesale expansion strategy through targeted outreach to partners aligned with the brand’s positioning and distribution ambitions.
Sales tools overhaul including catalog redesign, tiered assortment proposals and refined sell-in documentation to enhance buyer clarity and decision-making.
Category focus shift identifying workwear and denim as key growth drivers, reinforcing jackets and bottom silhouettes as central pillars of the collection.
Digital alignment optimizing website architecture and product visibility to support best-sellers and strengthen the evolving brand narrative.
