DLN

Offer Structuring

& Range Development

DLN is a Franco-Mexican jewelry brand built around steel pieces with a dark, minimal and sculptural identity.

My role was to structure and rationalize the offer by identifying its core product architecture, refining pricing logic, and transforming a predominantly made-to-measure approach into a scalable and commercially coherent collection.

SCOPE

Range structuring analysis identifying the brand’s hero product — a deconstructed steel ring — as the central pillar of the collection.
Product architecture refinement developing coherent variations (double, triple, scaled iterations) to expand the concept while preserving brand identity.
Pricing ladder rationalization defining a clear entry point and structured price tiers aligned with production complexity and perceived value.
Category extension expanding the ring concept into ear-focused pieces to reinforce coherence across product families.
Assortment framework development enabling targeted selection proposals for independent retail points in Mexico.
